The Allegheny Mountains provides lush forests, scenic roads, mountain views, and an abundance of wildlife. People spend their vacations camping, boating, fishing, and hunting in this mountain range. Hunting opportunities are found within many of the state parks such as Locust Lake State Park and Prince Gallitzin State Park where you can hunt for deer, turkey, and other smaller game.
